This 75 minute workshop will give you an in-depth introduction to Yin Yoga and the benefits of this wonderful style of yoga.
Yin yoga is a slow paced, balancing practise physically, mentally and energetically. We work with deep long holds in poses designed to encourage creating space in 'Yin' tissues - including ligaments, joints and fascia. Yin yoga is a journey inwards, working with things we cannot see, and we endeavour to create a connection to and an understanding of subtle energies, enhancing the flow of 'chi' through the body. A beautiful complimentary practise to balance your Hot Yoga classes, come join us to slow down, chill out and counter our sometimes overly 'Yang' lifestyles with some Yin yoga at Yoga Corner.
