Join Yoga Corner teacher Claire Bradshaw for this gorgeous two-hour workshop comprising a dynamic yang flow, a rejuvenating yin practice and finally a deeply relaxing 30 minute yoga Nidra to calm, balance and restore the body.

Expect an energetic Qigong yang style flow to increase the heart rate and move energy through the body, followed with a yin flow to open the body and let go of what’s feeling stuck and stagnant within.  We’ll then complete with a delicious Yoga Nidra from the Bihar School of Yoga to take your body into a deep state of relaxation and healing.
