As a SPECIAL offering, Amy will be guiding a free event at 7pm – YIN YOGA WITH LIVE MUSIC, which will replace our regular 7pm Hot Align class, all are welcome (bookings highly recommended!). There’s nothing like practicing slow and juicy Yoga to the resonating sounds and vibrations of live music in our acoustically-gifted space to fling your heart right open!
