Honouring your true nature through the power of ritual…

What can the ancient medicine system of India offer us as modern yogis?

Join YC teacher + Ayurveda devotee Christina Meisner for an approachable introduction to Ayurveda followed by an earthy slow flow in honour of Autumn’s Vata season.

This workshop is for anyone curious about Ayurveda and cultivating methods that honor your true nature. You’ll leave with:

  • a foundational understanding of Ayurveda, the sister science of yoga

  • insight into your Dosha (constitution)

  • suggested ways of eating that support your constitution

  • a toolkit of ritual-based practices to help you flow through life with greater clarity and ease

The Sanskrit word Ayur means “life” and Veda means “knowledge.” Together we’ll explore the power of ritual and why this life knowledge is such a transformative, empowering practice to weave into your own life.
