Join internationally certified Kundalini Yoga teacher Sabine Toh for an all-levels Kundalini Yoga experience where you will learn techniques to directly influence the seven primary centres of your subtle energy body and in-turn connect deeply with your divine inner essence.

Your Chakras, considered your centres of consciousness, affect your entire life including your nervous system and other bodily systems, and your ability to rest deeply. Sabine will show you how to create and nurture greater inner harmony and feelings of overall wellbeing by first bringing into alignment and then harnessing the power of these centres.

This three-hour workshop will positively affect your personal + universal alignment flowing on to your relationships with yourself, family, friends and colleagues.  

This workshop is for:

Anyone looking to experience or delve deeper into Kundalini Yoga and/or our subtle body’s Chakra system and the impact of imbalances in these centres on your life. Open to all levels of experience.

You will learn:

  • what a Chakra imbalance may present as

  • how to create harmony in the Chakra field

  • how to balance your endocrine (hormonal) system

  • how to harmonise your nervous system

  • how to relax, sleep better and de-stress with specific yogic techniques

  • how to stay centred, grounded and maintain a healthy awareness + perspective

Sabine Toh is an internationally certified Kundalini Yoga teacher.
