In our yoga asana practice, almost all postures require engagement of the muscles in the torso to some degree, but knowing what to engage and how to do that can be challenging. In this practical 90 minute workshop Nerri will lead you through a fun and flowing practice aimed at bringing awareness to the different layers of the core. The workshop is for all levels and will include some vinyasa style flow as well as isometric holds to target deeper muscles.
