Has it been a busy year of ‘doing’ and achieving? Are you craving some time to just ‘be’? Are you longing for some time to process the year that’s been and let go of what’s not not serving you?

In this 2 hour workshop, Claire Bradshaw (Yoga Corner teacher and wellness life coach) will lead you through a practice to let go of the year, help still your mind and cultivate a feeling of peacefulness within.  

You will experience and learn some ancient yogic meditation and pranayama techniques, we’ll unpack some of the yogic philosophy principles of non-attachment and acceptance and you’ll experience a powerful journaling practice of release. The workshop will conclude with a delicious Yin Yoga class to surrender, nourish and connect with yourself at a deep level to prepare your body and mind for the New Year.
