Ingredients:
1/2 cup peanut butter (or alternate nut butter)
3/4 tsp baking soda
3 tbsp flour (spelt, white, oat, sorghum, rice all work)
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup dairy-free dark chocolate chips
2 tbsp coconut yoghurt + dash of apple juice
1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
1/8 tsp salt

Method:
Mix dry ingredients, mix wet ingredients, mix together.
Roll into small balls and flatten onto non-stick baking tray.
Bake in oven at 175C for 10mins or until lightly golden.
