A favourite, easy 'go to' in Amy's kitchen is this delicious plant-based dip best enjoyed on your favourite vegan artisan bread or crackers! An easy one-whizz wonder! 🥖



  • 1 cup spinach leaves

  • 1 x zucchini

  • 1/2 cup pepitas

  • 1/2 cup hemp seeds

  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast

  • 1/3 cup almond feta (or alternatively add: 1/2 cup cashews + 1/4 cup coconut oil + 1/4 cup lemon juice)

  • 1 x teaspoon salt


Add all ingredients to food processor + blend until smooth. An easy, one-whizz wonder!

Enjoy with your favourite plant-based cracker or artisan sourdough.

If serving fresh, garnish with another dash of hemp seeds and/or Nori paper.

Store in recycled glass container in fridge.
