Try this latte recipe from Amy incorporating the time-tested herb of tumeric, said to have enriching anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. ☕️ 🌱

Ingredients:
350ml almond milk (or other non-dairy alternative)
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger (or fresh if you have it!)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon maple syrup (or other plant-based sweetener e.g. coconut sugar)
grind of black pepper
Method:
Add all ingredients to saucepan and whisk over a gentle heat until warmed through (not boiling!).
Pour into mugs and enjoy with your bestie with an extra sprinkle of cinnamon on top to fancy it up!
