Join Michelle every Thursday for 4 weeks, to explore the foundations of Hatha Yoga in a non-heated room.

Week-by-week we’ll break down elements of the practice, discuss basic yoga terms and establish an understanding of alignment and technique.

Small class numbers will ensure personal attention, and provide plenty of opportunity for questions and review.

Is Yoga Foundations good for beginners to Yoga?
Absolutely! This course is designed for beginners, with the understanding that sometimes we also need a refresher, and so is open to anyone wanting to learn and refine.

We also remember exactly what it’s like to feel unsure about jumping into a Hot Yoga or Vinyasa Flow class – or attending those classes and feeling unsure, uncertain and wanting a way to build a stronger foundation and more confidence. This Foundations course offers a friendly, encouraging environment and is the ideal way to prepare you for joining our more dynamic class offerings with confidence. 

What if you miss a class? No problem – feel free to make-up the class with your choice from our regular timetable, or re-join a session on the next available course.

PLUS take up our bonus package to have an extra TWO extra classes per week as a way to hone your skills and establish consistency in a new routine.
