Here you will find a curated and collated 21 day program for you to follow as prescribed, as a way to bring the practices of yoga and meditation into your daily life.

The practices are deliberately different lengths, paces and styles, and presented in a way that will nourish your body, mind and soul in a balanced way, speaking to accessibility, variety and motivation levels as you find your rhythm across your 21 days.

Use the program whenever you like, multiple times, or as a way to introduce yourself to practicing Yoga at Home and our On Demand Members Portal. We can't wait to guide you on your journey of finding your way back to nourishment, balance and wholeness.

DAY #1

Stability, a connection to breath, and balance are main focuses here, and a beautiful wind down at the end allows for ease and space in Savasana.

DAY #2

This short and succinct beginners practice will serve as a great introduction to yoga, as well as a nice foundational practice to come back to from time to time to check in.

DAY #3

A short Yin sequence designed to rejuvenate, revitalise and refresh your body, mind and spirit.

DAY #4

A quick home practice called "The Magic Ten", as created by Sharon Gannon from the Jivamukti Yoga School in New York City.

DAY #5

A quick practice of Sun Salutations, getting into the flow and movement of your body and breath, no muss, no fuss!

DAY #6

Move, breathe and connect, to essentially realign your mind as to what is most important in your life.

DAY #7

A slow and subtle practice to allow your focus to listen inward and bring you back into flow.

DAY #8

Work through the channels of the seven main energy centres in the body, known as the chakras, to find balance and connection.

DAY #9

Find new freedom and space in your heart centre or ‘Anahata Chakra’ through a practice focused on backbends.

DAY #10

This quick, effective practice will have you feeling reenergised and revitalised from the effects of longer held 'active' poses.

DAY #11

A complete and balancing practice that will leave you feeling balanced through the primary energy channels of the body.

DAY #12

The hips are said to be the store-house of emotions in our body, and as such, releasing the hips can do wonders for your mood, energy and general outlook on life.

DAY #13

Come back to basics as Linda leads you through the basic alignment and explores fundamental Yoga poses!

DAY #14

A Pranayama practice to give your body and mind a super effective and potent refresh.

DAY #15

Spiritual Warrior is the 60min set sequence Jivamukti Yoga class that gives a full and complete experience of the famous Jivamukti Yoga method.

DAY #16

This practice will help bring you to the calm side after a busy day or during those times when your mind is over-active and anxiety is setting in.

DAY #17

This class invites a chance to drop into the more subtle essence of your being. A great practice for any time of day.

DAY #18

Hip opening and lengthening is offered in this grounding practice that encourages a letting go of emotions.

DAY #19

Natasha's signature style offers space for stillness, grounding, focus and the opportunity to continuously check in.

DAY #20

This class is primarily designed to give your shoulders some much needed love in a stretching, opening and releasing practice.

DAY #21

Expect a complete and energetic Asana practice, simple Meditation, Pranayama, Inversions, Spiritual Teachings, Chanting and Mantra.
