Join YC teacher Lydia for this restful and restorative meditation delivered as part of our monthly Yoga for Change program, where 100% of donations received on the night go to our teacher's nominated charity.
Yoga Nidra is a deep meditation practice which helps you to completely relax, unwind and heal on the deepest level. This accessible, guided form of meditation induces deep body-mind relaxation with the ultimate goal of increasing self-awareness.
So if you’re feeling stressed or just need some time out from your busy life, then this Yoga Nidra meditation may just be for you.
What to expect:
YC Teacher Lydia will first lead you in a gentle pranayama (breathing exercise) to help you get out of your head and into your body, followed by some very gentle movement and Nidra preparation incorporating essential oils – all designed to help you glide deep into your meditation.
You will lay down on a yoga mat for the meditation and cover yourself with a blank and eye pillow and then all you have to do is listen and relax.
Prepare for deep rest and to float your way home!
All donations received on the night will go to Beyond Blue, supporting Australians with depression + anxiety.
Book your FREE spot now online and please remember to bring cash on the evening for you donation. We appreciate whatever you can spare.
