Do you often experience feelings of overwhelm? Are you too often ‘busy’ in your life? Do you suffer from feelings of anxiety and stress?

The state of our mind is what creates the experience of our lives. If we are busy, anxious, overwhelmed in our minds, that is what will play out and create what we experience as we move through our days and our lives.

When we give ourselves the time to tend to the sensitive, fertile soil of our minds, ideally on a daily basis, we are able to slowly but surely, reshape the way that we experience, feel and move through our lives in the world around us.

What is my commitment in the Challenge?

With meditation practice, it is always important to start small, and build from a basic start. When we set the goal-post too high, we lose interest, find it too challenging, and too often give up.

In this guided, very achievable 7 Day Meditation Challenge, you’ll be set small daily achievable goals (outlined below), and you’ll be doing it with a your guide Amy as well as a supportive, like-minded group around you, which is known to increase our ability to commit.


7-Day Meditation Schedule

Sunday 18th April | 8:30pm Livestream Intro + Meditation with Amy (30min)

Monday 19th - Friday 23rd April | Daily 10min Meditation Video (each day exploring a different practice)

(We highly recommend setting your schedule to meditate every day at the same time)

Saturday 24th April | 8:30am Livestream Finale, Q&A + Meditation with Amy (30min)

This meditation challenge is a 7-Day program with a mix of Livestream sessions + On-Demand video content. Access to the 5 daily 10min meditation videos will be available for the 7 days only, across the specific dates of the Challenge. This is a conscious strategy that will help you to stay committed to your challenge, ensuring you commit to your 10min daily practice without the temptation of delaying the practices. The two Livestream sessions are equally conscious in their placement, to kick start the program with a live, real-time connection with Amy, and to then celebrate and discuss the journey at the end.
