“May you always trust the urgency and wisdom of your own spirit.”
In celebration of International Yoga Day and the Winter Solstice, join us for a transformative 2-hour event where you'll learn invaluable techniques to care for your body, mind, and spirit. This workshop will focus on the autonomic nervous system, and will help you move between the sympathetic state - our fight-or flight response - and the parasympathetic state - our rest-and-digest response.
Every year, International Day of Yoga aims to raise awareness of the benefits of practising yoga on our physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing. It coincides with one of the most auspicious dates on the yogic calendar: the Winter Solstice, in which we will witness the shortest day and have an opportunity to embrace the quieter, more restful time of the year.
In this immersive experience you'll explore:
- Breathing techniques (Pranayama) to calm and balance your nervous system
- Mindfulness and meditation practices to quiet your mind and awaken inner peace
- Yin yoga to release tension, restore flexibility, and nurture your inner wisdom
Rebecca will guide you through a series of practical exercises, empowering you to:
- Reduce stress and anxiety
- Enhance your resilience and well-being
- Improve your sleep quality
- Increase your self-awareness and emotional intelligence
Leave feeling refreshed, renewed, and equipped with tools to navigate life's challenges with grace and confidence. Join us for this unforgettable workshop and start your journey towards a more balanced, harmonious you!
