Sacred Flow Online Workshop with Amy Leonard-King
There’s never been a you before, there’s never been someone with your experience living in your place at this day and age.
— Tara Judelle

Nurture yourself with a journey of unravelling from all that you are holding, harbouring and propping up, and which is no longer serving you. We hear this notion a lot in the Yoga journey, however, how often do we truly tap into our hearing our deepest inner guide, giving us the gift of moving towards true freedom and full embodiment?

In this 90 minute online exploration of movement, stillness, connectivity, and ultimately redeveloping that intrinsic relationship with your truest self, Amy will be your guide, gently and continuously reminding you to listen inwards, tune your awareness and nurture your hearts deepest longing.

The noise of this world can be drowning, now more than ever as we find ourselves living in a constant state of anxiety and uncertainty being the new norm. Begin to shift your focus back to your inner sanctuary, reconnect with yourself on an intimate level through felt sense experience, subtle awareness and energetic sensitivity.

This workshop experience aims to be an opportunity for reawakening, for true nourishment as you give your body what it craves, your fullest attention and awareness. Move this awareness back into the foreground of your attention, and away from the external pull of expectations, keeping up with the pace of this spinning world, so as to emerge with a renewed energy and focus that let’s you glide through life with ease, presence and respect for this wonderous gift of body and mind.

In this immersion experience expect:

  • An introduction into somatic awareness

  • Meditation and Journalling both before and after the practice

  • Guided, intuitive movement practice (50-60mins)

  • Discussion, integration and exploration of the experience afterwards

What you’ll need:

  • A notebook/journal and pen

  • A clear floor space for your movement practice (yoga mat optional)

  • A blanket

  • Something to sit on for meditation/discussion (cushion, block, chair)

  • An open mind and a willing heart… 💛

I think that all mind patternings are expressed in movement, through the body. And that all physically moving patterns have a mind. That’s what I work with.
