Winter is a time for retreating, going inwards, and spending time in rest and reflection. What better time than now to deepen your relationship with yourself with a journey through your subtle or ‘energy’ body.

Our bodies hold on to so much that is intangible: thoughts, emotions, stories and habits to name a few, which can weigh us down and keep us feeling stuck, stagnant and unable to move towards our dreams and goals.

Take a journey inwards, connecting to the potency of the subtle body as described in yogic philosophy, as we explore ways to connect with ourselves from this perspective and the wholeness and healing yoga can reveal. We'll explore aspects of the subtle body through deeply restful and restorative practices that will give you the space and time to connect more deeply with these unseen but felt aspects of yourself, bringing you back towards a sense of harmony both in yourself and within the whole.

11am Official Welcome, Intro + Intention Setting

11:15am Explore the subtle body and how it influences your experience in your body + in your life through gentle and restful restorative yoga practices, complemented with yoga nidra (guided relaxation), meditation + mantra.

1pm Q+A, snacks, tea + chats to close out the day (provided)
