SUN 3 MARCH, 7PM: Delivered as part of our monthly Yoga for Change program, Nataliaβs by donation class will help you open your heart and give yourself a bit more well-deserved attention and love. Expect a well paced vinyasa, stress-reducing pranayama (breathwork) and you'll finish with balancing + calming savasana. All donations go to Beyond Blue.
