What's the deal?
- 6 yoga classes per week (any from the timetable)
- daily meditation encouraged (just 10 mins of your own time each day: on the tram, before bed, in the bath...easy!)
- guidance & support with workshops, events, prizes + motivation
- a journey of transformation towards more mindfulness, health, physical + mental wellbeing
- 29 days to make new healthy habits, feel on purpose, alive, and full of energy + purpose for 2016
Dates for Challengers Diaries:
- Monday 1st Feb 6:30pm Challengers Welcome + 15 minute intention setting meditation
- Sunday 7th Feb: 6:45pm Yoga Nidra (Guided Relaxation/Meditation | $10 from your Challenge fee will go towards our charity of the month, additional donations are optional)
- Sunday 14th Feb ALL CLASSES 'Valentines Day Share the Yoga Love' Bring a friend to class for FREE
- Friday 19th Feb 6:00 - 7:30pm Step-by-Step Headstand + Handstand Workshop with Amy (Free for Challengers)
- Monday 29th Feb 5:30pm End of Challenge FINALE: Class + Celebrations
