Take your Yin Yoga practice to a deeper level with this 2 hour masterclass exploring the body’s 12 energetic channels, otherwise known as meridians. Through discussion, pranayama and asana, you’ll learn more about Traditional Chinese Medicine and its connection to Yin Yoga.
This soothing practice will enable you to create a visual map of the meridians, leading to greater mind/body and energetic awareness. Participants will emerge feeling rested and restored, with a greater ability to harmonise and balance energy within the body. Of course, the amazing physical benefits of Yin Yoga will be felt too, as the body gently opens and unwinds — no matter what level of restriction you might enter with.
