Sabine’s class is just $20 to attend, with 100% of monies received on the night going to a very special Victorian children's charity, Backpacks for Kids.
Open to all levels including beginners, in this class you will experience warm ups, tuning in using mantra, a specific kriya and meditation plus deep relaxation with the Gong - a healing practice in itself and beautifully meditative.
Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan and is practiced in kriya form. A kriya is a “complete action”: meaning the exercises are arranged in a very specific synergistic order to have an overall calibrating effect. This makes the class very powerful and healing so you can vibrate at your highest.
Thank you in advance for your commitment to your self-care and in doing so to be adding to the vibration of loving energy in the world.
