Join long-time YC community member, dedicated yogi and now qualified Yoga Teacher, Linda Browne, for her first community class at YC focusing on the February New Moon and with it the opportunity to start a-fresh.
Delivered as part of our monthly Yoga for Change community class offering, Linda’s class will comprise a slow meditative flow coupled with a powerful Yoga Nidra meditation.
Linda has chosen the Starlight Foundation as her charity, with 100% of donations on the night going to support this wonderful organisation.
