Whisk yourself away for a weekend of wellness in Hepburn Springs: Enjoy daily morning yoga, meditation, nourishing plant-based meals and time to connect with yourself + nature…🌿

This weekend wellness escape is a chance to enhance your overall wellbeing, in the heart of winter, as you are supported to explore practices of yoga that will help to bring you back into harmony and balance with yourself, including: Embodied Flow Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Meditation + Guided Relaxation.

The magic of the retreat experience, comes with the gift of time spent in nature and community to support you in deep nourishment, connection and renewal.

Our resident chef (Amy’s husband Nick) will serve up an abundance of nutritious, plant-based cuisine to support your nourishment from the inside out (many before have said the food itself is reason enough to come!).

The retreat venue is located about a 90min drive from our Melbourne city studio, in Hepburn Springs next to the famed Hepburn Bathhouse + Spa and around the corner from the popular town of Daylesford. If you don’t drive, or do not have access to a vehicle, let us know and we will do our best to pair you up with another yogi to ride-share with. This can provide a lovely way to meet a new friend or two on the way to your weekend retreat.

HOW TO BOOK:

A $50 deposit is required to secure your spot on our Winter Wellness Weekend Retreat. Click the button below to make your payment and secure your spot, choosing either the ‘Weekend Retreat Deposit’ ($50) option.

Please then email us with your room preference, including names of any companions if travelling with a friend or partner.

Please also let us know of any dietary requirements, ride-share requests, and further information we may need in order to best support you on your Winter Wellness Weekend Retreat.

  1. $200 in the week following your online booking

  2. Remaining balance by the 1st of July 2023

Cancellations will be accepted through to 1st of July 2023 (less your non-refundable $50 retreat deposit). We recommend you arrange travel insurance to cover your needing to cancel beyond that point for any reason.
