Join Amy for a 90min online workshop experience exploring how we can take the learnings that we find on the mat (that feel soooo good) into our lives off the mat ✨
What: ‘Living Yoga’ Workshop with Amy
When: Sunday 18th October
Time: 10am - 11:30am
Where: Online (via Zoom)
Investment: $35
Have you ever wondered why it can feel so good, practicing on the mat, landing in that blissful Savasana at the end, but not a few moments, minutes or hours later, like the flip of a switch all of that bliss dissolves to dust and you’re back in the push-pull of life?
In this 90min online workshop experience with Amy Leonard-King, we begin to go a bit deeper into the ‘Why’ and ‘How’ of our practice, and ways in which we can begin to merge the lines between on the mat and off the mat, bringing our learnings from the practice into our lives, which is of course, their full, intended purpose.
The workshop style experience will involve both discussions and inquiry, as well as purposeful, potent practices, and chances to journal along the way, noting down those hidden gems of wisdom that you always hope you’ll remember after your yoga class.
The 90min ‘Living Yoga’ workshop with Amy will include:
Discussions around ancient yogic philosophy that speaks to our modern lives and how we can support ourselves ‘off the mat’
Gentle, restorative asana for healing, integration and assimilation
Meditation, pranayama, kriya and mantra practices that are short and sweet, and accessible to bring into any moment, on any day, on or off the mat
Journalling inviting a deeper look into our personal experience of how we might best support our lives off the mat, by intentionally choosing the practices that will serve us best on the mat
An e-guide of practices, notes and reminders to have with you through the experience and beyond
