A SACRED, HEALING JOURNEY OF SOUND

SUPPORTING UKRAINIAN CHILD WAR REFUGEES πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡¦

Join us for an afternoon of vibrational restoration and healing as we help raise much-needed funds for the many Ukrainians escaping their war-torn motherland for refuge in Victoria.

As a proud third-generation Ukrainian, this is a cause close to Lydia’s heart.

She will guide you in a healing journey of sound encompassing: sacred mantra meditation, vibrational breathing and a sound immersion of crystal + metal sound bowls and other healing instruments. Afterwards you will feel rested, more integrated and will experience a deeper sense of connection with yourself and the living world.

We understand trying to work out how to support a global calamity from afar can be overwhelming. So, heeding the advice of the great conservationist, Jane Goodall - we’re starting local.

For this event, 100% of proceeds will be donated to the Ukrainian Community School in Noble Park (Victoria), which assists newly-arrived children affected by war in its community.

Through your attendance you will not only be giving back to yourself as we each try to reconcile this heart-wrenching atrocity in our own unique way - but also rallying behind the Victorian-Ukranian community which is supporting displaced Ukrainians relocating to Melbourne.

(This is mostly a lying practice. No prior yoga experience is required.)

β€œAny man's death diminishes me, because I am involved in mankind; and therefore never send to know for whom the bell tolls; it tolls for thee.”

~ John Donne

If this is your first visit to our gorgeous studio, we recommend you build in 10-15 minutes of extra time into your travel schedule to ensure you arrive with plenty of time without having to rush.

Finding our studio:

If it is your first time to our beautiful studio, our best tip is to look for the F45 (gym) sign on Little Collins Street (between Queen St + William St). Then walk through the sliding glass doors of building 447 and down the escalators, we’re just to the left on basement level.
