MON 11th MARCH, 3pm: Join Yoga Corner Founder and teacher Amy Leonard-King for this ‘Meditation Sessions’ workshop on the Labour Day Monday public holiday. Whether you have been practicing meditation for a while, or just keep hearing about it and the many benefits it claims to provide, this workshop will give you the opportunity to explore different techniques, and find your way into a self-practice that will serve you for life!
SUN 3 MARCH, 7PM: Delivered as part of our monthly Yoga for Change program, Natalia’s by donation class will help you open your heart and give yourself a bit more well-deserved attention and love. Expect a well paced vinyasa, stress-reducing pranayama (breathwork) and you'll finish with balancing + calming savasana. All donations go to Beyond Blue.
SAT FEB 9, 1PM: Part of a four-part workshop series, join Yoga Corner teacher + Wellness Coach Claire Bradshaw for “Live in alignment with your authentic self”. Expect mindful movement, meditation, journalling and discussion. You will leave with clarity on where you're headed but most importantly 'why' you're headed there.
