PROGRESS your Practice: Sthira Sukham Asanam

Join Linda and Tyler for an autumn workshop series as we explore and deepen our practice in a fun, safe and supportive environment.

Your teachers will guide you through safe progressions as we learn how to build more strength, stability and mobility into our bodies as we explore more advanced asana (poses). 

These workshops will give you the opportunity to slow down, channel intention, focus on activating the physical body, utilise pranayama (breath-work) and understand our own unique structural integrity, fine-tuning your approach with the guidance of your teachers

No matter if Vinyasa, Hot Flow or Jivamukti Yoga are your go-to classes, you’ll walk away with experiences and tools that help you develop a deeper relationship with your body and your yoga practice. Throughout these 2 hour in-studio workshops we’ll explore asana from conscious placement and body awareness. 

Your workshop leaders and current Yoga Corner teachers, Linda Browne and Tyler Ross bring a wealth of experience and deep personal understanding of yoga as well as various modalities of physical practices. 

In each workshop experience expect:

  • A safe group environment where we can explore together 

  • A focussed warm up flow 

  • Specific drills to help us build into some more advanced asana 

  • An understanding of how our anatomy relates to yoga and asana

  • A safe, playful and fun environment to explore your practice
