The workshop will specifically explore multiple techniques required for practicing arm balances, the secrets to building strength and familiarising yourself with the yogic ‘bandhas’.
The workshop style environment will allow for personalised assistance to help each participant progress in their exploration of the three focus postures: Crow Pose, Forearm Stand, and Handstand. You will also enjoy the space to explore similar postures and variations of these, allowing you to develop at your own pace and up-level your practice in the direction of your personal goals.
