This 90-minute session is thoughtfully designed for anyone seeking to build a solid understanding of yoga, whether a complete beginner of with some experience already.

Rebecca will offer a welcoming space to explore the foundational aspects of yoga. You’ll be guided through essential poses, breathing techniques, and mindfulness practices, all aimed at helping you build confidence and a deeper connection to your practice.

The goal is to empower you with a strong understanding of yoga's core principles, making you feel more comfortable and prepared when stepping into any yoga class.

About Your Teacher - REBECCA SKELTON

Rebecca lives on a deep love of meditation and yoga practice.

Her classes explore the integration of movement, meditation and breath, to create an experience of moving meditation, on the mat and throughout our lives.

Rebecca completed her yoga teacher training at Yoga Corner in 2020 and 2021 and has been studying and practising meditation for more than 20 years through different styles and philosophies.

She’s deeply passionate about sharing this experience with people so that they benefit from these practices – caring more for our bodies, minds, and nervous systems.
