What to Expect:

Lydia will hold a safe and heartfelt space, guiding you lovingly through a series of long-held restorative postures. These postures are designed to cultivate an active rest for the body and mind, allowing you to unwind and let go of tension.

Next, you will experience a lying, guided Yoga Nidra practice. This meditative practice will elevate your state of mind and encourage a deeper physical and mental surrender, promoting profound relaxation and rejuvenation.

Finally, Lydia will complete the session with a vibrational sound healing using her collection of divine instruments. This segment is curated to assist in the deep restoration and nourishment of your body, mind, and heart.

As a special treat, Lydia will also bring her flair for Bhakti Yoga practices, incorporating the chanting of divine mantras throughout the session. This adds a spiritual and uplifting element to the afternoon, making it a truly holistic experience.

About Your Teacher

Lydia RICHARDS

Lydia is a true believer in the sacred wisdom practices of yoga and the clarity, confidence and calm a regular practice can bring to your life.  Lydia first came to yoga while working a stressful corporate job, turning to the practice as a method of both physical exercise and relaxation.

Her love of the practices eventually led her to leave behind the corporate world and head to Bali where she completed her first 200 Hour Vinyasa Flow teacher training at the Power of Now Oasis. Lydiaโ€™s life was forever changed.

Lydia has undergone further study in yin + restorative yoga, meditation and Bhakti Yoga and โ€“ recognising the human curriculum as our greatest teacher โ€“ Lydia loves to explore and share how yoga philosophy can be applied to our busy, modern lives.
These days, yoga is to Lydia more of a remembering that rather than being a slave to the mind, we can live more fully from the container of the heart. This is where Yoga resides. And here, everything and anything is possible.
