About Your Teacher - LEXI SUN
When Yoga Corner first opened its doors to Melbourne, Lexi joined a hot yoga class and never looked back. Since then, her career as a corporate lawyer took her overseas and the only consistency in her busy life has been yoga. Upon returning Melbourne and Yoga Corner, she knew that what she was looking for all along had always been here, at this studio and within herself.
After 8 years of daily practice, she completed her 250-hour Teacher Training with Amy at Yoga Corner in 2021. Drawing from her own experience with fitting practice into her busy working life and managing injuries, she seeks to help others to carve out a piece of sanctuary that yoga offers. She aims to debunk the myth that yoga is only for the βfitβ and βflexibleβ. Her teaching is designed to make yoga work for your body and to heal in every way.
Lexi offers classes in Mandarin and English. She also has a keen interest in Traditional Chinese Medicine and its fusion with yoga.
