Join Ria for a heartfelt and nourishing immersion exploring the practice of self-love…

In a world that can seem to value competition, separation, comparing and self-criticising above self-compassion and tenderness, it has never been so important to take time to cultivate and strengthen love for oneself and recognise one’s inherent worth. This transformative event will guide you through two hours of practices specially chosen to foster self-love and reconnection. The focus will be on creating space for deep connection and listening to the heart.

This workshop offers more than just theoretical learning of ‘why’ self-love is crucial—it provides practical, embodied techniques that will help you cultivate the ‘how’ of self-love.

In this workshop Ria will guide you through:
💗 Intention setting and opening circle
💗 A beginner-friendly Gentle Flow practice
💗 Chai and cacao ceremony
💗 Writing practices designed to cultivate self-love and abundance.

💗 Closing circle + meditation

The cacao for the ceremony is vegan and will be prepared with oat milk. Cacao has been used in ceremony for centuries for its heart-opening qualities. This ancient ritual will offer connection with the higher self—the version of you who has already mastered self-love.

RIA PATEL

Ria is an Australian-Indian Actress, Dancer, and Writer. Some of her work includes playing the lead in the first ever Gujarati web-series "Varta re Varta" and most recently she starred in a movie directed by award winning Aussie dir, Tony Rogers. She has worked for major brands, such as Toyota, Kmart and Libra.

Although acting is Ria's true love, she has become one with Yoga. Her experience as a dancer brings great body awareness and as an actor, she brings another layer of empathy to connect with her students on the mat.

Whenever she feels lost, yoga reconnects her to herself. The wholesome and loving feeling she receives from it compels her to share this with others. Anytime we feel lost, we just need a gentle reminder; to look within ourselves.
