Join our 10 Day Yoga Challenge, by committing to practicing Yoga each day for 10 days from Wednesday the 29th of April, with our amazing online community!
Take your pick from joining our Livestream classes, watching them back if you missed one, or accessing our On Demand Members Portal for a range of classes you can be guided through at any time of the day or night, with all the styles to choose from. Each day the choice is yours (and a self-practice gets extra points in our book!) but weโre here with the offerings, and accountability through doing this together. Letโs stay motivated together!
Weโre all feeling different needs and urges at this time, for some, motivation is low, and so having the Live classes to book into and join together with others and your teacher in real time is a great motivator. For others, youโre working from home, and the need to move a couple of times each day is feeling really vital. Others might have little change in daily life, but with the whirlwind of changes in the world around thereโs a massive toll on mental space, and thus a great need to nurture and restore with more Yin and Meditation practices.
Whatever your circumstances, this Challenge, as always, is about finding balance, reconnecting to yourself during a particularly trying time, and proving to yourself (perhaps once again) the incredible multi-faceted benefits of forming helpful, positive daily practices that can assist you in rolling through the waves of change as they come and go, with at least a little more ease, peace and perspective.
