With winter behind us, re-boot your yoga practice and join our Spring Sunrise Challenge starting Monday 8 October 2018.

Choose from a challenge of either the full daily practice (12 days) or 2 working weeks Monday-Friday (10 days) as a way to kick-start your daily practice and reacquaint yourself with your mat every morning! 

An energising morning practice is the perfect way to start your day, a natural stimulant to set you up for a productive day ahead. Better even than your AM coffee – but don’t worry, we’re not asking you to deny yourself of that luxury if it’s part of your self-care ritual!

We’ll have a breakfast celebration on the final Friday or the challenge, with a free hot drink voucher for you to take away!
