 Yoga is a wonderful practice during all stages of life, including pregnancy. Our intimate and specifically designed classes are taught by experienced prenatal Yoga teachers who will guide a small group through these weekly classes. We'll bring focus to particular therapeutic physical yoga practices, relaxation techniques, learning modifications and safety for practicing Yoga during pregnancy as well as pranayama (breath work) techniques which are helpful in preparing for labour.

Join us for a class at any stage of your pregnancy (given you have the OK from your medical practitioner).
