Join us for a 90 minute 'Vinyasa 101' class exploring the newest addition to the Yoga Corner timetable of classes. You'll learn the ins and outs of Vinyasa Flow yoga, and pick up some useful tips to take into your next class. With the new classes to our timetable, you can now practice Vinyasa Yoga 5 days of the week!

As we move out of the 37C heat and into a temperate 27C, we open up the yoga practice to other families of yoga postures such as arm balances, full backbends and full inversions. These poses have enormous benefits for our health physically, mentally and energetically, and provide the opportunity for great transformation. Come have a play, no experience necessary.

See you on your mats for an extended Sunday morning Vinyasa Flow practice together! Weekly classes on Sunday begin the 19th of April at 9:30am-10:30am as a regular, ongoing class.
