Want to shake off the Winter blues? Feel healthy, more energised and more calm + at ease in both body and mind? What better way to step into Winter than a 30 day commitment to yourself and your wellbeing?
Set yourself a challenge to come to the yoga mat 6 days a week throughout the month of June, with a rest/self-practice/meditation on day 7 of each week. It is not a competition, but simply a way to connect with that great feeling of serving yourself, your health, wellbeing and creating a habit of mindfulness through daily yoga practice.
We like to add little extras through the 30 Day Challenge to keep you motivated, interested and keep the journey going.
This June you can expect: Sunday 7th June 6:45pm Yoga Nidra session on the first Sunday of the month (this class is by donation - $10 of your entry will be donated by Yoga Corner to our charity of the month, any extra you decide to give is up to you!) | Saturday 13th June 9:30am Nutrition Guru (smoothie tasting too!) | 21st June 9:30am Celebrate the inaugural United Nations World Yoga Day with a special yoga practice ($30 non-members) | Wednesday 24th June ANY CLASS bring or send a friend for FREE to share the yoga love | And of course our signature goody bags to finish off the Challenge on day 30 (We have our friends at Aveda, Citizen Cacao, Emma and Toms and more gifting goodies your way to celebrate your journeys!
Investment: $195 ($35 for YC 3 + 12 month members)
Sign up: In studio or online + write your name up on the board - for keeping track purposes, this is by no means a contest, but more a personal journey you can share with a dedicated group of like-minded yogis!
